I wrote to them regarding a problem with my meal, they wrote back and said they would be sending me a gift card. The manager of this store also called and apologized. The gift card was very generous. GOOD COMPANY !!

On Friday, January 18, 2013, I visited my neighborhood Red Lobster located at 2625 E Busch Blvd, Tampa, FL for their 45th anniversary. The restaurant was packed. There were people lined up out of the door. I went inside and secured a pager from the hospitality staff and was advised when the pager went off I would be seated. I went to red lobster two weeks ago and got the best service possible. The waitress was kind and very effiecient. She got us our drinks and food in good time, and the lobster and shrimp were cooked perfectly. This was the first time i had ever gotten my food before the butter cooled down.

My wife and I arrived for the endless shrimp. Upon arrival we waited for our waitress for about ten mins, we waited after ordering for more than 45mins just for our biscuits! Another 30-45 for our endless shrimp. While we were eating a waitress spilled a tray of water,pop,food and the liquids spilt on myself and the table behind me. I wasnt even asked if ok.
