Your endless shrimp special is my favorite time of year and it just so happens to start right around my birthday every year, which is October 14th. I went for my birthday and ordered endless shrimp and loved it !! Our waiter was great and asked us over and over, if we wanted anymore orders of shrimp and was very patient, didn't rush us at all !! We had such a good time that I decided to go a 2nd time which was today, October 30th, 2010 and I ordered endless shrimp again. It was very good again, yet our waitress was like the last time. She was very good, yet after only a few orders of shrimp, she never asked me again and simply brought our check to us. I was disappointed to have an experience like that after the great experience I had on my birthday!!

I would appreciate Red Lobster showing some good faith for a faithful customer !!

Ok, excuse my squirrely ignorance, but what's this complaint about?
Even if she didn't ask, couldn't you ask? Did you ask?

Also, what do you constitute as a "few orders" of shrimp?

Lastly, what exactly are you requesting of Red Lobster? I don't see
how she performed "poorly" or how the establishment is at fault for
anything.

that's what i was thinking - the OP listed the service as good and the food good... except for this by PepperElf Tue November 2, 2010 @ 5:31 PM

So I have a somewhat obvious question....did you finish the shrimp in
front of you when you wanted a refill or were you sitting with full or
partially eaten plates of shrimp when your check was dropped off?

I went to endless shrimp several weeks ago, and it was quite clear on
the menu that you could order three shrimp items at a time, and our
waitress asked us if we wanted replacements only after one of those
three dishes was finished or almost done. There are 6-7 shrimp items
on the menu, and they simply cannot load your table up with all of
them at once. If you are not finished with the food in front of you,
the server is not likely to ask if you want another. I am unsure why
the server would not ask if you "needed anything else" which is server
code for "would you like your bill", and so that puzzles me.

I do agree, it is a good deal for what you get and I personally
observed some tables getting and eating PLENTY of shrimp (I was
amazed). When done right, it could count as all three meals of the
day.

Maybe they have a limit to your endless shrimp and you reached that
point????

Good Day

some good faith for a faithful customer but maybe RL will.
When she brought the check maybe you could have told her you wanted
your 3rd or was it 4th order.
Did you flag down a manager?

Simply dropping off the check before you indicated you were finished
is not good service.

How would you like them to show you "good faith"?

Did you ask her for more shrimp? She may have been a little
distracted, or just dropped your check off not meaning to rush you.
Since it was endless shrimp after all.
