I have sent several letters to Red Lobster. I have not heard a word . my cousin did the same and they even called her to say that they were sorry.I went to the Red Lobster in Modesto Ca. On June 23 of this year. it was my birthday and I got to pick my favorite place. there is a group of ten of us gals who always celebrate every birthday. The two waiters were two guys. We were greated ok but it took them two hours to get our food.they brought the wrong food and they overcharged us very much. We got the lunch specials and they charged us for the dinners. We told their supervisor a out it and she was ok. I told her that I would never go back. The food was ok but it was also cold when it finially arrived. my family is coming from Florida in a few days.of course I would have picked Red Lobster but they need to retrain their staff.

I think they should at least give me.a call or email me or something.

For large groups, especially at a not-high-end place like Red Lobster,
always tell your waiter to bring food out when it's ready, not to save
it to bring it all out at the same time.

If I had sat there for an hour without food, I would have gotten up
and spoken with the manager.
