help me

I always come to your restraunt in Columbus Georgia but this last time I came our familoy spent over 100.00 dollars and the food was awfull. I tried calling the waiter over to tell him and he was rude. We all left just paid for the food we didnt even eat and left. I want someone to help us with this,

I would like to be reemburst for this food.

I live in good ole Columbus. Which Red Lobster? The old one or the
new one? I have never had a service or quality problem with the new
one. My family and I ate there just last weekend and it was delicious.
The "old" Red Lobster is a little iffy...

The time to take care of food quality issues is while you are still at
the restaurant. And the servers usually don't have the "power" to
remove charges - - only the manager can make these types of
adjustments. Why did you pay for the food if it was so bad you didn't
eat it? You should have demanded to speak to the manager and shown
him/her what was wrong and demanded to have the food replaced. Asking
for $100 after the fact is unreasonable.
