Our server was marvlette g. Our party was 4 of us. my husband, myself & our two kids. we waited a long time to be greeted & then the greeting was very brusk. she interrupted our ordering process for the table next to us & never came back to finish & left the menus piled on the table. she gave us dirty napkins, they had pink stains on them. Our drinks finally showed up at the same time our soup & salad did. I rec'd both soup & salad at the same time. My husbands soup & my soup were not hot. The waitress never checked on us to see if we needed anything, we had to constantly stop her & ask her for drink refills or different bisquits. We waited 10 min for our first refills & some refills never came at all. I even had to wait at least 5 min for a straw. I ordered the bar harbour meal & it was okay this time around. not as good as usual. The kids fries came out hard & they couldn't eat them. She served us stale bisquits as my son tried to eat one(he LOVES your bisquits) & it was hard & the others in the basket were crumbling apart. Most of the food was good, the service made our meal unenjoyable & we couldn't wait to leave your establishment. Her attitude & indifference to us was horrible. We spent 78.10 that night 04/21/2012 receipt #34697 and ID# 5680259826104. I have also been at that establishment on 04/05/2012 receipt#56989 and ID #4880261066448 and spent 44.92. my server breyshawn K that day wasn't very good either. It was my daughter and I and service could have been much better. Although I heard him treat others very well. Must of had a problem with us for some reason. He was also brusk and indifferent. On 04/11/2012 I had Allison C and she was a very good server. Receipt number#24756 and ID#9855892657262 and I spent 37.25. On 03/30/2012 I had server Felicia R she also was very good.Receipt #73701 and Id#9844641602262 and we spent 34.42 that day. I don't understand the sub-par service and indifference to customers at this restaurant. in this economy I would think they would one be thankful for having a job and two treat customers like we deserve to be treated. I am very upset.

I would like contact from someone via phone or email or mail. I would like follow up about how this is going to be handled and maybe something for all my trouble and time. thank you for listening and please fix this. thank you. Carolyn

I think after the 2nd time its your own fault for going back. Once
you know the service stinks stay away.

Also I agree with below, get a manager.

the manager can verify that there is an issue with the food or the
server right away.

when you wait until the food has passed through your intestines... how
can they help you? They can't comp you anything really because they
can't tell if it's a real issue or if it's buyer's regret.
