Refuse to honor advertised price

Posted Thu June 8, 2006 12:50 pm, by Susan P. written to ReStockIt.com

I needed 12 polycarbonate, or non breakable, glasses or mugs. On 5/28/06 I found exactly what I needed at the ReStockIt website. I placed my order #326901 on 5/28/06 and I received an order confirmation and my account was charged $15.45 on 5/30/06. I had several email contacts with the company concerning when they would be delivered. My order was for 1 case of 12 12 oz. mugs for $3.90 plus $11.55 for s/h. The case weighed over 7 lbs. On 6/7/06 I received 1 mug, not 1 case of 12. I spoke with customer service and they basically told me tough, I was not getting a case. They had it wrong on their website for weeks and now through no fault of mine they said they would return my money but would not honor their advertised prices. I do have copies of the print out from the ReStockIt site and also my confirmation receipt along with where I was charged.

I want RestockIt to honor their advertised price and send me my mugs. I strongly believe Mr. Matt Kuttler, director of Operations, should honor this order.
