Trumped up late charges

Write a Letter to this Company

I have been charged 2 late fees since charging with you on Feb 15th. I have made 4 payments. 2 have received late fees. It took you 12 days, 7 days 8 days and 10 days to post the checks. The 2 pays that took 12 and 10 days to post are the pays you charged me late fees on. I have not had late fees with any other creditors, mortgage pays or utilities.
i suggest that Rooms To Go holds checks so they can charge late fees and that more than makes up for no interest till 2013 Shame on you and you can say oh it is the finance company not us but meanwhile It is a rooms to go address where I mail my pays to. I currently have a balance of $135.00 with you, rest assured when that is paid you will no longer have to worry about me as a customer. If I have to live on the floor I would never go in your store again

I would like a credit for $25.00 and $35.00 that I was charged .

You are absoultely right. Checks received should be date stamped or
on the envelope with the check in it. If it takes them 7 days to
process it and that goes past your due date, that shouldn't cost you a
thing. It's not YOUR fault it takes them that long to process it.

I suggest you call your state's attorney general's office as well and
get some more info. Good luck!
