Thank you, Safeway, for a service well supplied and thoroughly useable and useful!

We LOVE the Safeway.com online shopping service. Thank you so much for making shopping easy!

We've only had one incident where we screwed up and it cost us money - we forgot to tell the personal shopper not to make substitutions. Doh!

But in our case, especially, what with my being unable to wander around the store (I'm disabled) and us needing to be able to choose what we buy together... your service is a perfect way to do it.

We sit down at our computers, make the decisions together, at our own pace, in the comfort of our own home... then schedule a delivery, and wait. Your people have always been perfectly on time and helpful on delivery.

Thanks again, Safeway, we appreciate it!!!
