Today 05/16/2012
I received my weather channel emergency radio.
ITEM #WC100 (SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!)
I opened up the box, cranked it up, turned the flashlight (it worked!), AND! that was the only thing that worked!

When you think about it!
This is an insult to the Weather Channel, Fingerhut where I bought it!
AND! to SAKAR INTERNATIONAL!!!!!!
What is even worst!!!
The item is not even listed on your site!!!!!!!
I "WAS!" so excited because I have always heard about these types of radios!!!!!!!!!
My wife even got a great deal in ordering the radio from Fingerhut.

Needles to say!!!!!!
That! when it comes to locating the item!
Only to find that it is not EVEN listed!!!!!!
BUT!!!!!
The name Weather Channel is listed in the navigation side bar!
Again!
BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!
when I clicked it!!!!!!!!
It said "NO RESULTS!"
This is what you people call an EXCELLENT way of doing business????????????

I will tell you here and now!!!!!!!!!!!
I "WILL LET IT BE KNOWN TO ANYONE!!!!!
AND!!!!!!!!!!
EVERYONE!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT IS MANUFACTURED BY ON UNDER THE LICENSE OF SAKAR INTERNATIONAL!!!!!!!!!

DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PAN ITEM!!!!!!

I WANT A BRAND NEW ALL PURPOSE WEATHER CHANNEL RADIO THAT "REALLY WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!"

Sell crap to unknowing buyers and then refuse to give customer service, money back, etc. It was part of multi-BILLION dollar ponzi scheme. Owner/founder is in prison. They sell low quality garbage, so the answer to that is NO. But I wonder, have you even TRIED to contact them before coming here and publicly lambasting them, or was this your first option? Isn't it just possible that you got one bad one? (although if I'm going based on your comment that your wife "got a deal," I'm betting not!) And I will also never understand how people can have one bad experience with a company, or a product, and swear off the entire company as "garbage." It's a bit disingenuous to call out everything they make if you've only ever owned one product. Even scientific trials are more broad than that! And as far as an insult to Fingerhut?
