Sam's Club Electronic Billing is a Farce

This is an adendum to my prior complaint.

It is literally imposible to check ones membership account online.

I have tried to go online and check my balance. It is impossible.

Sam's Club claims that I have been notified by e-mail of my monthly balance. This is a blatant lie. I have not received paper statements or electronic statements.

This is deliberate on the part of Sam's Club for the sole purpose of collecting late charges and interest fees.

Stop playing games. I have never requested electronic billing, and I have not received paper billing.

This is nothing more than a sham in order to collect late charges and interest fees.
