Netflix and Samsung

I have a Samsung Blu-Ray player which I bought because it promised to stream Netflix efficiently and effectively. However, it delivers neither. Due to recent updates, Samsung will no longer stream Netflix. I have spent many hours on the phone with Samsung customer service to no avail. I was promised a return call and, of course, no one ever called.

I will never purchase another Samsung product and will tell everyone/anyone my experience.

Fix the problem with Netflix and Samsung.

It's unfortunate but you are probably better off just buying a
different player. Samsung is going to blame this on Netflix or your
wifi signal. Netflix will blame Samsung or wifi. Your Internet
provider will blame the other two. No one will take responsibility.
