5 Year warranty on samsung tv from sears.
Called on a Friday, told them the address of the tv and problem, they delivered parts the following Thursday. Called on Thursday to set an appointment for repair, got one for Monday. Monday got a call from repairman, he was heading to wrong address. I told them tv was at the address of the parts. They said ok corrected and set an appointment for Tuesday. Got a call Tuesday, repairman heading to wrong address again. Called Tuesday, Wednesay, finally got address change, but no scheduled. Waited til Thursday night. No call. Called back and was told to wait 24 hours for a call.
By the way, I am handling this for my 88 year old father who paid over $250 for an extended warranty and could have never dealt with the 20 questions you have to answer everytime you call. He is still waiting for his tv to be fixed. Waiting for the call between 1:00 and 5:00. I gave them my home number, my cell number, my dad's home number and still no call.

I would like for them to deliver a new tv to his house or call me to come pick up one at the store we purchased from.

Unless your warranty plan specified replacements vs repairing, you'll
have to accept repairs.

believe me i know this cos where i worked we had customers try that...
and the answer was still "repair" not "replace".
