I have a complaint with Sears Roebuck and Company

I purchased a Sears Master Protection Agreement to cover my vacuum cleaner. Certificate number is 132188262100035 and Model number11627514700. I purchased the unit in 2010 and I sent a check # 3822 for the amount of $ 48.59 for two years. todai Received my Protection agreement that says I paid $25.49 for 1 year.
How did you guys get to that conclusion ? I would like a new agreement that shows what I paid for or refund me the rest of the money. My name is Anthony Magri and my e-mail is amagri1951@yahoo.com

wait... um what? by PepperElf Posted Wed March 14, 2012 @ 2:46 AM you bought the units in 2010. You didn't have a copy of your protection agreement from two years ago when you bought it? I mean i understand you might have lost it but... if you don't have a copy of your agreement how can you prove that you paid for 2 years instead of just 1? Is it possible you remembered it incorrectly? Reply
