I contacted customer service to order a filter for my Kenmore humidifer and the customer service rep stated that he would complete my orderand if I could increase the amount of my order the shipping charge would be waived. So I order a filter for my frig at a higher cost than the my current supplier thinking the shipping saving would offset cost. After more than 30 days I was advised that my humifer filter was unavailable.
Be honest, trustworthy and back their product on standard maintenance parts.
