Absolutely Thrilled With Our New Kenmore Washer and Dryer!

I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with our Kenmore 700 washer and dryer that we purchased right before Christmas at your Columbia, MO store. Honestly, we've never had our laundry coming out so clean and wrinkle-free!

For years we've trusted Kenmore appliances and Sears has never let us down. Sure, we've had a few things break -- who hasn't -- but you've always come through for us. We continue to shop at your store because of the quality of the appliances and the knowledge of your staff. It's so good to actually talk to salespeople who know what they are talking about!

Back to the washer and dryer, we love the fact that they are so quiet and don't vibrate like our old ones did. We also love the Wrinkle-Guard feature on the dryer -- we can really tell a difference when we pull the clothes out!
