Ad vs Site price
by Dan L. of Ishpeming, Michigan written to Sears.com Posted Fri July 28, 2017 8:46 pm

I was on two(2) sale site(FatWallet/SlickDeals) and saw a refurbished lawn mower(B&D MM2000) for sale for $116.99 with a link to Sears.com. When I clicked on the link I saw the price was WAY higher($159.99). I contacted Sears via chat and was told to contact the seller(CPO Outlets) to get the deal. Well, I did that but they would not sell it to me at that price($116.99). I then contacted...

by Donna P. of Kernersville Rd., North Carolina written to Sears.com Posted Tue June 14, 2016 9:49 am

There is NO WAY it should be this difficult to schedule delivery and assembly I am paying for. I moved my schedule around last Saturday to have it delivered then, only to get a call saying that due to a manufacturer's issue I would not be able to get it until Monday. Well, the whole point of getting it delivered in the first place was to take delivery on a weekend because I have to have it...

I purchased a Serta office chair

When chair was received, the box and tag on seat stated 250# weight limit. I contacted TRUE INNOVATIONS,who supplies the chair to Sears per instruction sheet in box. They...
