I was very impressed with the service I received from Amy at your Oakridge Mall store. She was very knowledgeable, humble, down-to-earth. I was buying a vacuum cleaner and she was very patient with me. Gave me all the facts and figures of the cleaners I was interested in. NEVER pushy or in a hurry. On December 12, 2009, I placed an order for two pairs of pajamas through Sears.com. I received the order confirmation and on December 16th I received the shipping confirmation for both pairs of pajamas that I ordered. When the order arrived, one pair was missing.
