Sataurday 15 Nov.
I entered the sears store in Abilene Texas.
I was in the mens clothing part of the store.
I had to yell very loud to get help.
After the clerk arived I was able to complete my purchase,the clerk was very good and knowlageable and was a lot of help to me.
I am on oxygen and unable to stand only short time.

I had the pleasure of having Linda in the vavumn department be my sales person. She is very knowlledgeable about her department and all the functions of the appliances. She has a very pleasant way about her. I watched her be a multi tasker with no signs of getting ruffled. I only wish you had more people like Linda working for you. I bought a micro-wave from her. Opinion: I went to Sears Optic Department. It is a well organized section with the new trends in glass wear. I went for an evaluation. The optometrist is certified and competent. I was satisfied with the eye exam. The lady at the counter, who is in charge of the sale was very good at helping me select the eyewear that suited me most. I appreciated her gesture.

My husband had a problems with his truck, funny noises, tire problems,and poor gas mileage etc. He took it to Sears garage at the Gulfview Square Mall in Port Richey Florida to find out if one of the mechanics could find the problem. I drove the extra miles to Sears to buy tires not quite 2 years ago. I payed more money and payed to have them put on. I could have done better buying closer to home.
