I ordered a trampoline Jan 1, 2012 from Sears.com. They charged my card immediately and sent me a confirmation email stating the item would be delivered to my local store Jan 16-18 which was fine.

My boyfriend purchased an elliptical machine from sears.com in December. It arrived in a timely manner but a few parts were missing. No big deal, parts go missing during delivery sometimes.

How sears representatives handled the situation is what frustrated us to no end. My boyfriend sent multiple emails to customer service representatives with the number of the parts we were missing and asked...

As it functions now if you attempt to insert the name of a city within the Store Locator feature spelling the name correctly starting with a capital letter it tabs over to the State box and selects a state for you starting with the first letter of the city.

I had two different experiences at Sears on January the 2nd, 2012. I visited SouthLand Mall in Miami, Fl.
