My vacuum from Sears caught fire! |

I have a Kenmore vacuum from Sears that caught on fire while I was using it. The flames came close to burning my hand and my house could have caught on fire!
I went to Sears to tell them and expected they would have no problem replacing the vacuum hose and power wand.

Recently my wife and I purchased more than $10,000 of Electrolux appliances from Sears for a newly remodeled kitchen. There have been some more or less "routine" service issues with one of the appliances requiring appointments and onsite repairs...but this is not my issue.

I purchased a part for my refrigerator today and recived a receipt that said if I took a survey at www.searsfeedback.com I would be entered into a chance to win #4000. However the website is not there.Try it yourself all you will see is complaints about the site.

I have dealt with sears for many years. I love the the tools and clothes.I dont want to change and iys the first large store I look for. I shopped at the St.Lawrence Mall for the first time and found the stakk beautiful and delightful and will continue going back while I live here. Its worth the trip...

Ordered a part online. Sears sent the wrong part. I was told to return the part to their service center which is a good 45 minutes away, at which time I was given a refund and a new part was ordered.
