rude and disrespectful

rude, nasty and laughing at me and my son after
he want to complain about a mower they had for a month to fix.
I purchased this mower last fall for my son who has a bad back. he said he had problems from the beginning with it and finally he took it back to the store I purchased it from. they said they could fix it.. it took a month and he finally got a call that it was fixed and he could pick it up.
when he tried to cut the lawn he had the same problem as before so he took it back to the store and told them about the problems and he said they said they would put it back in the shop to be fixed. he told them he needed it and for some reason he said all the people that were there that were employees started laughting at him. he lost his temper and cursed at them. at that point he called me and told me what was going on and I asked to speak to the woman who gave him a hard time. she got on the phone and when I tried to talk to her she kept interrupting me and started laughing and gave the phone to someone and walked into her office. I demanded to have her on the phone and asked for her name and she gave it to me and I also got her badge no.
she laughed and gave the phone to another salesman.
I have purchased from Sears almost 50 years and never have I had anyone so rude and disrespectful. I want sears to give my son a new lawn mower since they can not fix this one.
he can not be without a mower for another month as he has a large lawn that needs to be cut every week.
all she offered to do was give us 20%off a new mower and take back the one I paid for with no credit coming to us.
her name is Lori Eck badge no. 248 in the Easton, Pa store. I want to hear from a live person from your corporation asap....she should be taken off the floor and given training on how to treat customers especially when they are exasperated with what their problem is.
