I received a receipt which included a
request for a customer survey.
I see nothing on this web site concerning any surveys.
What is the trick for bring this survey on-line?
Why do you ask for a simple survey and then make
it so complicated?
Thank You

I agree with the above comments. Why is it so difficult to find the
survey on-line?

I have been a sears customer all of my life. I truly am beginning too
feel sorry for them because they paid someone to build this fake
survey, and they even went so far to have employees follow up at the
cash register by having them give customers a register reciet asking
for them to fill it out. Knowing all well there is no survey. This is
not the Sears I knew. What happened? Do you have to stup so low as to
waste customers time.

Get you back bone back

I, too, have a receipt with a request for a feed back survey in order
to quality for the $4000. gift card. I've followed each step but there
is "no survey" Is this a come on, sears??? The check out clerk knew
more than anyone else I've talked to, customer service knew
"nothing"?? Can anyone from Sears answer my question?

Go to www.searsfeedback.com.

You then choose the language you wish to take it in, English or
Spanish. Then click next.

You must have your receipt handy. On the very top of the receipt is a
12 digit salescheck number. You type that in. Then, you will answer a
series of questions, with ratings of 1 for low and then 10 for high.

It takes about 5 minutes to complete the survey and then you will be
entered in a contest.

There you go! :)
