Misleading Sweepstakes

Dear Website Manager,
I have recently spent quite a bit of money in my local Sears store. Although mostly pleased with the quality of the products, I am however very displeased with my misleading sales receipt. I was directed to a website that does not exist, and worse yet promised a chance at a $4,000.00 gift card. I can only conclude that the website is malfunctioning, because I cannot see any benefit to Sears by purposefully misleading customers to an out-of-commission website.
I was able to reach the site "planetfeedback.com" and read similar complaints as my own. I would suggest, as a customer who values Sears and plans to keep shopping there, that the website be up and running immediately. If not, unfortunatley Sears will lose my business as well as many others. If this ill-promised gift card is in fact some gimic to draw business in, it is a poor, unethical plan.
Thank you for your time, and I hope this issue is resolved with the utmost promptness.
Sincerely,
Adrianne A.
Fix the website in order for customers to actually register for the promised chance of winning a $4,000.00 gift card.

Are you sure that you don't have a pop up blocker on or sometimes you don't have the correct things installed on your computer, such as flash.

I wish one of the people who post these complaints would come back and talk more about this. I'm just really confused why people have such a hard time getting to searsfeedback.com, but I have no problem.
Is there a difference between web browsers? I use IE 7 so I don't know if that has something to do with it...
It's just getting frustrating reading all these letters and not being able to help.

Each of the posts I have seen has the solution to the issue posted below it. Did you try the solution suggested?
For me, the Sears feedback website works just fine.

Adrianne A.,
This has come up before and here is my input from then. This site does exist. You might try another computer before you send Sears your letter of aplopgy.
The site is searsfeedback.com
This question comes up a few times a month. A reader posted what I have pasted below from the bottom of the main page at searsfeedback.com explaining why some users have trouble reaching the site:
This survey uses SSL encryption to ensure privacy of all your responses. As a result, a small percent of computers will not be able to access the survey. If the survey does not work for you and you would still like to participate in the sweepstakes, go to the
"Official Rules of Sweepstakes" link above and see where to send your entry.
