Pathetic Repair Service

Repairman was due between 8 and 12. I had to call twice before finding out that he is "running late." No word from Sears at all and it's now 3:15 P.M.

This is appalling service.

Sears should waive their basic repair/inspection charges if the guy ever gets here. The company has cost me an entire vacation day.

Dear Henry H.:

My name is Susan with Sears Social Media Support Escalations team. We
are a single point of contact for escalated issues which means we
handle a situation from start to finish with one dedicated case
manager. I found your post here and wanted to reach out and offer our
assistance to help resolve the situation with our technician being
late to your service appointment. Please accept our apologies for the
inconvenience and distress we have caused. When the technician is
late or does not show up at all it is you, our customer, that loses
part or all of your day. Our case manager will be able to assist you
with lowering this service charge and also help with any past or
future complaints that you have with Sears. We value your business
very much and want to speak with you regarding keeping your business.
The service that you received is not the type of service that you
deserve or the type of service that Sears has long been known to
provide. We want to make sure that everything that can be done for you
is being done.

At your convenience please contact our office via email at
SMAdvisor@searshc.com and a dedicated case manager will contact you
directly. In the email, please provide a contact phone number and the
phone number the item to be serviced was purchased under (if different
than the contact phone number) and we will call you directly. Also, in
your email, please provide your screen name (Henry H.) you used to
post on this site, for reference to your issue, and we do look forward
to talking to you soon.

Thank you,

Susan R.
