Caring Customer Service from Mohammad sears rego park n.y.

I was shopping on 072712 in the bedding dept of Sears on Queens Blve in Rego Park Queens N.Y. THE man at the register was busy with a line of customers. MY daughers and I an other customers could not find the bed sets (quilts) we saw in the sale ad He continued to try and get a customer svc person to come an assist us as he could not leave the register. he called over and over again He was a very well dressed professionsl young man named MOhammed. he was very polite and patient. Finnally someone came to help us I felt because of him the customer service at Sears was alive and well again Because he cared and was persistant we got what we needed. Please see that Mohammed knows we appreciated his help evcn though he was overwhelmed with customers and all alone.
People who are an asset to a business should be told so and possibly rewarded or promoted It was a pleasure shopping at sears I have been a customer for over 40 years. We also bought a refrigerator that evening Thanks to Mohammeds customer service in the bedding department.
