I ordered a 10x10 shed on April 10th via online for $299.99 I had to purchase the frame seperately for $80.99 which I did. In the sales circular for the week of April 13th (just 3 days later)the same shed was on sale for $5.00 LESS than what I originally paid and it now INCLUDES the frame. I began to email them just 3 days after I purchased this to get a price adjustment of $80.99 (the policy states I have 30 days. I have emailed them about 5 times and they will NOT credit me the price of the floor frame.THAT JUST AINT RIGHT and in my eyes now POOR customer relations

Refund the price of the floor frame as indicated in their 30 day price policy. Debbe from Jamestown,NY

I don't think the sales circular applies to the online deal, but I
could be wrong. I suspect you probably should have called or gone to
the store in person to get some sort of price adjustment.
