Deceptive practices

I was shopping there today, and when I checked out, I was given a receipt with a web site to go to , answer a survey about the service I received, and enter for a chance to win a $4000 gift card. I have tried now for 1 hour +, and have not been able to connect to this supposed web site. If there is a site, it should be a lot easier to get to, if there is not, then Sears is practicing false advertising and should cease this practice, immediately!!!!

Don't tempt me with a non existant gift card. If there is one, it should be made much easier to find the site!!!!! I have been shopping at Sears for a good many years, and do not like being decieved by you. If your going to give me a chance to win something, then don't make it impossible for me to register to do so. It's not fair to people who shop with you even when there's no offer of something free.

Ruth F.,
This comes up on occassion and I don't think Sears is being
deceptive.
Please read what I have pasted from their site:
This survey uses SSL encryption to ensure privacy of all your
responses. As a result, a small percent of computers will not be able
to access the survey. If the survey does not work for you and you
would still like to participate in the sweepstakes, go to the
"Official Rules of Sweepstakes" link above and see where to send your
entry. We apologize for any inconvenience .
It is my guess that the issue is with your computer.

Hold on... there is a way to enter. Check back here and someone will
probably post the information you need. I'm not sure exactly what it
is, or I'd tell you myself.

You can also search the letters to Sears and probably find the
information right now.
