I attempted to go to www.searsfeedback.com to register. It is the old "you can't get there from here" syndrome. I'm taken to the Sears website, but there is no link to give feedback and register for the gift card prize. Most annoying!!!.

I tried to register today after lousy service at the Sears Automotive
Dept. in Clarksville,TN. The tech damaged my car while changing the
oil and the manager would not even listen to our complaint. He just
denied everything and did not bother to get to the bottom of things.
God help us if our motor burns up when we are driving down the road.
His tech was the one to do the oikl change but he would deny that as
well. DO NOT go to Sears for an oil change...unless of course you want
to take a chance and maybe your car will be demolished on the way out
and....the manager will insist that it was already like that when it
came in. YEAH RIGHT!!! I wasn't born yesterday!!! WHAT IDIOTS!!!

Today was a great day.You sales rep. and everyone in the store was
very helpful,very friendly and had alot of information on the
merchandise.The store as clean as usual and everyone one was

Well how nice of Sears to make it impossible to get to the feedback
line to enter the contest for a gift card but yet they quietly added
something called a Purchase Protection plan for an additional 15
bucks...nice going Queers. About 8 years ago i took my sons car to
Sears and said i needed the front brakes re done as they were
sqeeking...the sales dude tells me he cant do just 2 but has to do all
4...i tell him thats crap and im leaving...he then states that he will
notify the local law enforcement that im driving an unsafe car..hows
that for lies and bull crap...i him to drop dead and left....what the
hell kind of scare tactic was that supposed to be anyway...well never
mind cause it didnt work on me but i wonder how many others feel for
that line of BS????????????????? Oh and dont forget the line about a
discount if you apply for a Sears Credit Card....thats a good one too

A few years ago I purchased four tires for my truck at the Sears Auto
Store at the Mounds Mall in Anderson Indiana. Since my initial
purchase I have been back to the store for two flat repairs, at no
charge and several rotate and balances, at no charge. The staff are
always courteous and helpful. My last visit salecheck # 067420450641
was very convenient as our area had a freezeing rain the night before.
To my suprise, the technician was only ten or fifteen minutes late and
the service advisor drove from Indianapolis and had the repair center
opened at exactly eight o'clock AM. Keep up the good work!

My experience at the Lakeside Sears store was excellent.The sales
person was very well versed in his sales job. He did a very good job
in finding the product I was interested in. He was very friendly and
answered all of my questions. My experience at the pick up station was
also excellent, less than a 5 minute wait.
The reason I went to your store in the first place was because of your
policies concerning our armed forces. They deserve every break they
can get. after all without them there would be no Sears, or no U.S.A.

My name is Rosalind Khan. I shopped at the Sears store on Middlebelt
in Livonia. My experience there was excellent, The salespersons were
very helpful. I was looking for sizes for jeans that were on sale and
the salesman took the time out to look for me. He was very courteous
and patient. The salesman at the counter Darrell was very professional
and cordial. Not to mention the great buys that I received on men's
jeans and womens sportswear. I spent $64.oo and I purchased 3 pairs of
men's jeans, a 2pc sweatsuit and a blouse. I've already started my

Wonderful Sales Clerk!!!!!! She helped me by explaining shirt sizes
since I was returning a medium shirt w/tie. Because of her wonderful
expertise, I am extremely happy. Had no problem and she went above
and beyond to assist. Also noted that the shirt went down by $3.00
and also let me know. I can't tell how excited I was!!!!! It's a
shirt/tie for the husband for a wedding. And to get him into a
shirt/tie is awsome. Normally he wears his black jeans & Harley
shirt. This is going to be so special. I had to give the gal a hug I
was so excited by the wonderful help she had given!!!

Sir.
After such a plesent time shopping and working with your to buy a
new dryer, I was shockewd when my computer would not let me enter into
your web site www.searsfeedback.com. had requested me to send you a
feedback on my shopping experence. This was one of only two times I
had shopped your store as my wife who died recently always did the
shopping. My first trip was a total disaster as I needed to buy a
filter for my refergater and I was sold the wrong one. After trying to
make it work,I returned and was sent to the Sears Service Center
accross town where I again was sold the wrong filter. I returned with
the old filter and told them I wanted a new one just like the one I
brought back and thank goodness, it worked. I wasted a lot of time
dealing with prople who did not know what they were doing, and I said
I would never again go into a Sears Store.
When my Kenmore dryer broke down, I decided to try Sears one more
time as we had been pleased with our Kenmore washer and dryer. Mary
Nichols was on duty and explained the different dryers and answered
all my questions. I was very pleased with the sale and I am told it
will be delivered tomorrow morning. You need more sales persons like

bar, not on the search bar.
If try to get to it from a search bar you end up on sites like this
one which are NOT affiliated with the company.

My receipt from Sears says that I can compete for a $4000 gift card by
visitng the website and answering a survey within 7 days. I have
clicked and clicked and where is the website and WHERE is the survey.
This is false advertising and I have better things to do with my life
than click and click and receive no sight. What is going on?

I just returned a 4-phone set purchased last January for various
reasons. The salesman pointed out what, in his opinion were superior
brands & explained why. The exchange was made quickly @ no extra cost.

We ordered two Magellen GPS units during the after-Thanksgiving sale.
One was to go to family stationed in Mississippi as a Christmas gift
to arrive there before they drove home to Ohio for the Christmas
holidays. We stopped at the store in Dayton where we were to pick
them up on a certain date and were told in Merchandise Pick-up that
there were over 1,000 ordered and they had only received 100+. The
staff was so helpful and Christine in the Merchandise Pick-up office
took us in the office and got us two upgraded units in place of the
two we would not have received in time to ship out-of-state, if we
would have received them at all. She said it is Sears policy to
provide an upgrade to replace an item not available. We've always
been pleased with the service and products at Sears, and this was just
one more time when they really stepped up to the plate! Thank you to
Sears, Christine and the staff in Merchandise Pick-up super service
and for a Merry Christmas!

I agree. I bought eleven things, all same dept. and had to split them
all into individual sales, imagine all the paper they wasted, and
having to shout my personal info all those times across the counter to
four "older than dirt" old ladies who still did not get it right. I
was checking out at the register for almost two hours, when it could
have all been on one receipt, with all the crap I"ll never read, never
buy, did not ask about, etc. What an awful time when there were no
other customers, but I know two jerks walking by stopped to copy down
my info, ph number etc. Now I need to change my phone number too. No
more scams for me, that contest does not exist, or they did not want
us to find it on purpose to hide it was mean, on their part. I am not
going back there. If I really need something they have, I am going on
the web to order it forever dismayed by the staff and rules at Sear,

The customer service rep that helped me was very polite. I was looking
for a set of rachet wrenches and I found them. When the customer
service rep rang them up a wrong price came up, I showed her what the
sign said and she fixed the price for me. I thanked her for all of her
help.

The customer service in the sears store in my area was great. The
person who helped me was very nice and very helpful. She helped me
open up a sear credit account which was great because I wanted to get
one and she also helped me find the tool set I was looking for. I was
getting that tool set for my father for christmas.

I love going to Sears because I always seem to find what I'm looking
for. I shop at Sears on Cottom Ave in Northeast Philadelphia. The
only problem I have is the central location check out. If you are in
a department not close to the check out I can't find an associate to
help.

Hi: I spent a very rainy afternoon in your Camp Hill, PA store but it
was very entertaining with your 50 mile jogger warming up the place (
I don't know if he made it or not). It also gave me a chance to do a
little catch-up shopping.

My Salescheck # is 010405415509 and my sale was done on November 10,
2008 at the Eau Claire SEARS Oakwood Mall Store on 4720 Golf RD.

I stopped in to pay my monthly Sears payment and the young salesman,
associate # 1776, greeted me at the payment desk; I am sorry that I am
unable to remember his name as I have a difficult time even
remembering my own kids' and grandkids' names!!!

After I made my payment, I asked him if he was able to assist me in
getting information about a 5 amp. scroll saw/jigsaw; I was not
planning to purchase the saw at this particular time. He was happy to
show me the various saws the store had on hand. We moved to that
department and he asked me what type of work I did --would this be
used for a hobby or for heavier construction? I told him that I am 72
yrs. old and have a workshop in our basement where I have numerous
other Craftsman tools that I have purchased at the same store. I
loaned my previous jigsaw that I purchased quite a number of years ago
to my youngest son --it has failed to find its way back to my
workshop, so I needed to replace it!!

I told this friendly and helpful clerk that I was looking for a saw
that had variable speed, a tool-less quick blade-change, and a job
light and a blower.

He showed me several saws, different types and sizes, and explained
the features and outstanding benefits of each. As I said, I was NOT
planning to make a purchase that day, but the clerk did such a great
sales job that I purchased the saw and went out the door with it!!
Now I don't have to wait for my son to return my other one.

I signed up for the SEARS Gold MC which was also NOT on my list of
things to do that day. I've read the manual and am enjoying using it
on a couple of my projects.

VIEW CALIFORNIA AND NOW I HAVE MOVED MY ACCOPUNT TO NORTH CAROLINA.
THE SERVICE, THE SALES HELP AND THE LINE OF PRODUCTS IN THE MENS WEAR

I've been buying from sears since 1965 with my family. I couldn't get
to the website. How can you offer $4000 gift card and not have a way

I returned an item to sears and they sales clerk was the nicest clerk
I have transacted with for a long time. It's so nice to see a
cheerful and helpful person! I was in the Jefferson City MO store on

I agree-Home Depot's survey for example gets to the point without
wasting my time. My Sears reciept is now in the garbage and I will add

I also was unable to reach searsfeedback.com. It is very annoying to
try to reach someone at Sears to ask a simple question.
They stated if we gave them our email address we would receive a $5.00
coupon, which we did, unfortunatly the store does not accept them.
Very poor customer service!!!

I was not a happy customer. Original salesperson messed up my order. I
had to refuse delivery and go back and re-purchase entire order.
Second salesperson, messed up again. Merchandise was delivered and not
connected like promised. Installer came to site and left and returned
following day and connected appliances and now they are in. This whole
ordeal took 3 weeks. I thought the customers are 1st.

We have used appliances from Sears fvor over 30years and will continue
to do so because of there dependability. We do this also because if
ever we have a problem it is take care of NOW by Sears.
Now we are not happy with SOME of your employees. You can look for
something or at it and never have anyone talk to you . The other day 3
or 4 salesman were standing in the aisle talking Loudly about womens
breast at your Coronado store and we looked around a another 10 or
more minutes and one salesman came over after a while (he was of no
help)not one person came up to us in the shoe dept. so we went to
Cottonwood and found a very nice young lady who sold us the freezer we
wanted. And later a nice lady who sold me a pair of shoes. The
emploees at Cottonwood are much more helpful and friendly then at
Coronado and have been for a number of years. We'll not go to Coronado
anymore.

I was very pleased with the salesperson when I went into the store to
purchase a dvd player. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The
price was reasonable. Your website is very hard to get to. I would
like to register for the prize. Thank you

I was very pleased with the service that was given to me by the Sears
store in Salina, Ks. Even though the dept. was busy, the sales person
came over to help me with my question on hand tools. He found what I
was looking for and I finished up at the check out counter and was
out-of-there. Thanks Sears Don Menard

I enojoy to buy in Sears, because now all the store is in clearance
and anything that I buy is very cheap, always, you have a good cuality
and if we are not convinced to buy in Sears with this prices we always
returned. I love all the seasons in Sears.

My last trip to sears was very pleasant. Bought three shirts with
help from my salesperson. She was very nice and willing to lend a
helping hand.

I've always had a good experience at the Salem Lancaster Sears store.
This time a charming and beautiful young woman took me to the product
selection I was looking for, invited me to look around and get her
attention when I was ready to check out. When she saw me approach the
register station, she stopped stocking a shelf and came directly to
the register and processed the transaction. When she handed me the
reciept, she gave a big bright smile and wished me an 'awsome rest of
the day' I did.

I think if you can't even get to the website to take the survey the
employees should not tell you to go on it you could win a $4,000 gift
card. How frustrating is that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sears- Let's
get it together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had complete all but 10 percent of survey then sears webpaage
disappeared. Could not complete survey therefore I am sure I was not
able to register and my time was wasted.

Thank God you all keep this place open to us who do not shop at
Walmart. My family love to shop a K Mart when they were in this spot.
Now we can say we can shop at Sears who has the same good price as
well, but we get name brands item. Our children love these name brand
clothes and shoes these days, and I mom loves paying these good

My wife and I were very happy with treatment we received from your
staff at Sears. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the
product which we were looking for and helped us in many ways to make
up minds. We did purchase a bed set and are very happy at this time
with our purchase. Now it's up to Sear's and make our dream bed come
true, thank you once again for your kind and knowledgeable sales
staff.

I am very unhappy that is was unable to apply for the free $4,000 gift
card. What should i do?

I also applied about 1 week ago, but I got the same

results. PLEASE correct this problem. The first time

i applied it was june 28th and now it is july 5th.

I have went over the due date, but this is not my

fault becouse the first time i couldnt get in to apply.

My sales check (019211269056)suggested I tell you about my experience,
but trying to reach www.searsfeedback.com direct does not work. I get
Planet Feedback instaead? What is the hey is that? Where is
SearsFeedback? I almost gave up as its taking too much of my time
trying to reach you. Decided to sent it there anyway and also to
Sears Customer Service....We purchased a Kenmore refrigerator (a
bottom freezer type)over a year ago and are very pleased with it. The
price of the water filters #09990 @ $44.98 however are obscene. To
spend that much twice a year would make me rethink my next purchase
with you. We have multistage filters on our house water that remove
many contaminants and pay no where near the same amount. Its got to be
your markup and I do not see how you can justify it. Unhappy
Customer.

Hello,

I live in Hemet, and bought my phone from Sears at the Hemet Mall. I
received a lot of information and help choosing a phone from Adam who
works in that department. I love my phone and felt I knew a lot about
it before opening the box, thanks to a young man named Adam who
definately knew his merchandise.

I honestly don't know what the problem is. I have had no problem
whatsoever finding the site or getting it to work. I just hope people
don't mistake us for sears and start posting their private information
like they have in the past.



Honestly, who would even bother filling a profile, reading the terms
of service, and not realize this site isn't sears?

I just went over there.

(I've been over there before, when I first saw a letter about it.)

I'm still being asked to pick a language (the options are English and
Spanish), and then it goes to the survey.

What *are* you seeing when you go over there?

You should be able to load the www.searsfeedback.com website. I was
just there to double check that it was still working. You can call
800-549-4505 to also leave your comments and I believe you can
register there as well. I haven't called them so I'm not sure--but
that is the phone number for feedback.

Also, you can attempt to e-mail the feedback team at
searsfeedback@the-link-group.com. This e-mail is only for questions
about the website itself and to help you with any errors. You can't
take the survey through the e-mail.

Sometimes the website does go down because of traffic or maintenance.
Maybe you can try later and see if it'll work.
