Before purchasing an electronic running shoe cleaner I called Sharper Image and asked them if I wasn't satisfied that it worked well enough would I be able to return it, for a refund. I was assured that they would take it back, no problem, and would send me a return label.
The product was damaged, and looks like it was used. I tried calling and was disconnected 3 times. I went on-line and tried to fill out a form and it said that personal care items were not eligible for returns, even though I checked the box marked Damaged. So I notified Pay Pal and I'm hoping they will help me with a full refund.
I will never purchase anything from them ever again.
Process a full refund. and send me a return label to ship it back at their expense.
