Wonderful staff, Guest Supervisor Michael Williamson

My wife and I checked into the Sheraton Austin for a wedding (two night stay) and I was very surprised at Michael Williamson as he was very helpful and took care of all our needs as we checked in.

We have a very big van, a Road Trek which is 10 feet high and 22 feet long, and I was worried about where we were going to park. Mike and his support people was very accommodating as he told us, "don't worry, we will park your van next to the building where it will be safe. It would not fit in the parking garage, so Mike took care of it and calmed my nerves.

Michael Williamson should be complimented on his performance and professionalism as he listened to our concerns regarding my van and took care of it in seconds. Super performance from your staff.
