Unusually poor mattress quality

We are very disappointed with our 2 year old
Simmons BackCare mattress. This mattress has
become very uncomfortable, is breaking down
and requires replacemnt after just over 2 years
of use. No mattress on planet earth should
be this uncomfortable after 2 years. I
intend to replace it - I have to as I can't
sleep on it. It is a Simmons BackCare 300.
It has been used exclusively with your
foundation and although it does not show more
than 1.5" of body impression (it's close though),
it is no longer unsupportive and has clearly
weaked internally after normal use. It is not
comfortable to sleep on and the quality of this
product is clearly lacking. This should not be
the case with a mattress after only 2 years!
I would like to have a representative of
Simmons (or it's representative) come see
this mattress for themselves and consider a
replacement under the warranty. I really
would like to know if my experience with this
product is out of the ordinary and meets
the requirements for replacement under the
standard warranty. Purchased July 2004 from
Boscovs department store.
