A Sonic Mess!

I missed my lunch break today so on my way home I decided to grab something quick to eat. I deceded to try your restaurant. This was my first time going to your Sonic. I ordered a #1, burger and fries. I took my food home. Once I got home I took the burger out of the wrapper. Everything was drenched in mustard. I have not seen a burger oozing out so much gunk in my life. The mustard covered my hands and dripped on my clothes. It really was a mess. I tried the fries and every ounce of fry was covered in salt. There was no tasting the fry at all. Really all you could taste was burning salt.

I do realize that Sonic is a fast food restarant but you are not the first I have vistited. Even the worst of restaurants I have been to don't measure up to the food you have served me today. Sadly, the only thing that I have nice to say is that your restaurant has good ice. I will think twice before returning. Next time I will probably make my own food at home or just to go somewhere else.

Please don't over do the sauce on your burgers and the salt on the fries.

The employee who made your sandwich knew he/she was making a huge mess and wrapped it up and handed it over anyway. And with the fries -- ick! It's stories like this that made me glad we had such good managers at the fast food restaurant I worked at. For example, they taught us that when new fries were done cooking, they were to be kept separate in the fry bin and salted, so the older fries wouldn't get re-salted. I wish you had called the manager as soon as you got home, so the problem could be addressed in a timely fashion. Reply
