The combination of #3 carrier Sprint with #5 Nextel Communications has created a wireless giant that aspires to take on Verizon Wireless and AT&T Mobility (formerly Cingular). Sprint Nextel operates a nationwide digital wireless network with more than 50 million subscribers. The leading local phone company in the US without a Baby Bell lineage, Sprint Nextel has spun off its local wireline operations, known as Embarq, to focus on wireless broadband services. |

Major run-around; unprofessionalism with rep hanging up on me; being told to call one number only having that dept. telling me to call the first number - occurring twice; sending in paperwork and being told call after 24 business hours, only being told then that they closed the case the same night I sent in the paperwork and not waiting for me to call back in 24 hours as they instructed on...

Sprint is losing loyal customers, please fix it. |

I have been a loyal Sprint customer for the last 4-5 years, I've suggested that most of my family members also transfer over to Sprint, because they improved their customer service hours, their coverage, and their cost efficiency. However, for the last 6 months or so, I have only gotten the worst of service from sprint. My phone bills per month have increased a minimum of a hundred fifty dollars...

The only option I was given was to put a new line on the contract and put it in standby mode for $9 per month. I opted for this and purchased the Lg Optimus with a $100 mail-in rebate. So i added the line to my contact and was happy to...
