As an employee of Lowe's, I joined Sprint in October of 2010 under the promise that I would receive a 20% discount off my bill. I went into a Sprint corporate store almost immediately after receiving my phones and provided proof of employment. One of the phones had to be sent back and replaced due to a manufacturing defect.

I am not able to receive TEXT Messages during the day while at work. If I make a phone call then all of my messages populate.
I would like Sprint to fix the network issue that we are experiencing. I pay for Unlimited Coverage and this has been an issue for a week now.
I have called the service dept twice this week with a promise of repair within 24 hrs each time I called. Plus other Sprint...

There is a sameness about customer complaints about Sprint that should be obvious to anyone who reads the outlandish number of customer complaints spread all over the internet. Sprint-Nextel seems to care about just one thing: you paying them money. There is no customer service, not at the customer service phone level OR the Executive Relations Dept.which they claim is the bureau of last resort....

I called Sprint because I noticed my bill had gone up $25, between a service credit falling off and new policy that disables discounts on other lines. Additionally, there is a clicking sound on conversations between Sprint customers (from cell to landline, and cell to cell- and not just my phone). After 3 hours worth of conversations with customer service reps and one manager, nothing was solved....
