Sprint spends millions on advertising, how about actually rewarding your loyal customers. I have been a Sprint customer for 10 years and currently have a family plan with three phones on it. One has a contract which expired in Sept, the 2nd next June, and the third (primary number) Jan 2011. I would love to upgrade the two phones still under contract, but am getting screwed in the pricing. ...

I recently just became a Sprint customer. My T-Mobile contracted ended so I decided to try something new. (BIG MISTAKE!) My bill use to be the same every month with T-mobile I have yet to experience this with Sprint. I called on Nov 8th to upgrade our service to the data everything plan which double our cost each month but was more feasable for our needs at this time. I also already owned 1 Sanyo Pro 700 and a samsung z400 both sprint/nextel phones with direct connect capabilities. So since we never had the service I asked to be connected since it was now included in our new upgraded plan. The very nice...
