The combination of #3 carrier Sprint with #5 Nextel Communications has created a wireless giant that aspires to take on Verizon Wireless and AT&T Mobility (formerly Cingular). Sprint Nextel operates a nationwide digital wireless network with more than 50 million subscribers. The leading local phone company in the US without a Baby Bell lineage, Sprint Nextel has spun off its local wireline operations, known as Embarq, to focus on wireless broadband services. |

I just want to let you know that your customer service stinks beyond believe. I was on the phone over an hour and the issues wasnt solve. Between going back and forth between departments and doing the same exact thing the person before advise, I have decided to terminate my contract after 3yrs with sprint/nextel. I wish nextel would have stayed away from sprint. I have defend sprint on their...

New Sprint Customer is Not Impressed So Far |

To whom it may concern:
I recently switched from T-Mobile to Sprint after 7 years with T-Mobile. I shopped all of the wirless companies and found Sprint to be the best fit for us. We signed up for a new 2-year family plan, and part of the reason we did so was because we were sold on the "free activation" that was offered because my wife is a member of the UEA (Teacher's...

Samsung Moment |

I bought 4 Samsung Moment's for my family when we switched to Sprint this January and it has been challenging to say the least.
Sure, it is a fun phone and has lots of apps, but it is also frustratingly UNcustomizable, contrary to the "Droid Does" ad campaign.
Can't remove NFL Live, NASCAR, Voice Command (is it me or has every voice recognition phone gotten worse at voice...

I lost my cell phone on Jan 18. Since then I have received 3 replacement phones from Assurion, Sprint's insurer for cell phones. Well, each phone is a refurbished phone with issues. The first one would not hot sync so I could not get any of my contacts which were safely stored and backed up on my pc. So it was sent back and I received phone number 2. It was working well until last weekend. I...

HORRIBLE Experience at Nextel/Sprint Wireless!! Bad Customer Service!! |
|
by Tami L. of Cary, North Carolina written to Sprint Wireless Posted Thu March 4, 2010 12:47 am |

I knew that my contract with Nextel/Sprint was up at some point soon and when my phone broke beyond use, I went to a local Sprint store to see about getting a new phone. I went, along with another person, to the Beaver Creek store in Apex, NC on 1/24/2010. Here, I was told that my phone could be repaired based on my insurance and he referred us to the store in Crossroads Shopping Center in Cary,...
