I have complained about Sprint before, and received a return email from its CEO that one of his staff would contact me. A rep.called me on the cellphone, although I had requeswte3d to be contacted on my landline, since the cellphone leaves a lot to be desired.
This rep. concurred with its call center personnel, not addressing the real issue about the "bait and swtich" problem. Its call center rep never mentioned that the free calls would go into effect at 9:00 PM instead of the previous plan. The CEO's rep. was very unpleasant to talk to, but standing up for its call center employees. She only suggested that I return to a higher cost plan, although I have been giving them back 200 minutes a month.

Due to my current landline, I only use Sprint for emergencies, and due to all of the previous problems, I ask Sprint for an "Unconditional Release" of my two-year contract, especially, since, I have been unable to acquire a free phone at a local Avon,IN Store. I still have not received full satisfaction from this company.
