Rebate not issued

I recently purchased a new phone which included a rebate. I completed the rebate paperwork, as directed and sent it to Sprint.
I did not receive the rebate because according to sprint, the terms and conditions states the mail address has to be recognized by the U.S. postal service. That a crock the address must be recognized as I received their response.

Rebates are for the birds, at least with Sprint.

Sprint should honor customer rebates. Sprint should not play this game of not issuing rebates. Soon, and very soon, everyone will catch on and not be sold by rebates...How will that effect Sprint retail sales production.

call them up and ask them what part of your address disqualifies you?

note - sometimes using a PO box will be disqualifying as a real
address. yes you can get mail there but many systems will not
recognize it.

i know where I work if I'm entering in a PO box address for a
customer's information, I have to specifically put the number in first
and the word "PO Box" second or the system will reject it.

something to keep in mind.

but they will NEVER honor rebates without a LOT Of hoop jumping.
That's the catch!

They aren't just going to hand money back over to the customer. How
would they ever make any money??

You have to jump up and down, stand on your head, bark three times and
spin around till your dizzy. Then, and ONLY THEN, (and provided you
actually fell down and that your name is not ".") they will give you
the rebate.

As to the everybody catching on - Welcome to the club! We've been
waiting for you!
