TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sprint customer service is extremely terrible. I keep getting lied to about a bill credit that i was suppose to get months ago about overages i received because of failure of a rep to change my plan over when i requested.The rep said the supervisor was busy at the time and she would note my account on the credit.. The rep noted my account a totally different thing than what she stated. Have talked to supervisors as well they seem not to care either.
I would like for sprint to stop being so rude to what makes their company a company"CUSTOMERS". And also i would like to finally receive that credit i was promised but keep getting lied to about.
