when i first moved to seminole, tx in september of last year i had great service at my house. and when i purchased the htc evo the day that it came out i would get great service in seagraves, tx and seminole, tx. but over the last 6 months my service has been bad just all of a sudden. i am able to make calls and to send text. but my 3g service is poor and very slow. i used to be able to stream movies on my phone now i cant even watch a 30 second video on youtube without my phone taking 5 minutes to load it up. i have talked with sprint a numerous occasions and have been told that the tower in seminole and the tower in seagraves are both down. And i have also been told that the towers are going through an upgrade. i was told over 2 months ago that the towers were down, to this day they are still down. sprint says they dont know how long it will take to get them back up and working properly. i dont understand why it takes so long and takes people complaining just to get the tower fixed. if i am paying for service along with everyone else that has sprint and lives in this area then we shouldnt have to complain they should fix it because of the fact that we, the customers are paying for the service. im tired of having to call sprint and ask about this. why can't they just fix the problem.
i would like for sprint to fix the tower in seminole, tx that is down and the tower in seagraves, tx that is down. plain and simple, i am a sprint customer i pay for there service, so if im going to pay for the service then i should get it along with everyone else that has sprint. If they arent going to fix the problem then why not release me from my contract so that i can go to verizon who offers great service and who fixes the towers when they go down, or at least off some kind of signal booster to the customers who experience this problem when the towers are down. its not the customers fault that the towers went down. If sprint expects us to pay our bill then i expect to get the service i pay for.
