horrible service !!!

I have been with Sprint for over 12 years I never had a problem with phones or service but recently I have had horrible service for the past 2 months I have called Sprint on serval occasion and they said that there was nothing they could do then my HTC phone wouldn't go on the interent and apps wouldn't work, WiFi wasn't working so I called and complained and went to a Sprint store they told me that they couldn't do anything I asked for an early up grade to get a new phone and they couldn't do that. I am thinking about changing cell service !!!

Do something with service and take care of customers who have been whig your company for years

My wife had this issue a little while ago and it turned out she had it
set for 4G and not 3G, soon as we switched it the phone worked. Just
a thought.
