Portability rebate that was never given

I brought my Mom's phone onto our plan over a year ago when a $50 portability credit was offered. The person at the Sprint store said we would receive the $50 credit in about a month or so. I waited and it never came. I talked to someone at the main office who said that the credit would be on my next bill and if it wasn't I should go into the Sprint store that I originally dealt with. Again, I didn't receive the credit. Then the Sprint store I dealt with was closed so I went to another Sprint store. They said that they couldn't help me and that I would have to call the main Sprint office. I did so several times and was stuck on hold longer than I could wait. Today I called the main office with enough time set aside to work though this issue. They were very nice but after over 20 minutes on the phone with them they said that they could not help me. Apparently, the people that I talked to thoughtout the whole fiasco never noted anything about the problem on my file so they refused to give me the $50 credit. Then they said that it had been too long. Even though the original sales people didn't perform their jobs correctly, the office people did not solve my issue like they claimed they had and I have talked to several people about it over the past year who did not properly document the issue, I am the one left to suffer from their inadequate job performance. I am really mad. I am still due the $50 no matter how much time has passed. The sales people are nice and say nice things but in the end all they ever say in thier nice tone of voice is "I'm sorry but I can't help you".

I would like Sprint to credit my account or cut me a check for $50 today.
