Blackberry phone - 4 replacements w/in the past 6 months.

Then sent an inquiry to Dan@Sprint.com - was contacted, was told to go to the Sprint store located on Illinois Rd, Fort Wayne, IN. I did follow through - they downgraded me to a Blackberry Bold. Within 2 weeks the phone was still getting R.I.M Uncaught exceptions, phone would freeze, lag on scrolling, typing, opening or sending texts and emails, have to delete and reinstall Facebook on an almost daily basis for it to work. Patti at Dan@Sprint.com stated it's a Blackberry software problem. She sent me back to Illinios Rd location, head honcho told me I'd have to take the phone to Coldwater to have a tech look at it, and the only replacement would be Blackberry.

Sprint is unwilling to let me upgrade 6 months early to a different brand of phone, and their tech today said they could only replace it w/another Blackberry.

Why? It's clearly a problem w/Blackberry, but Sprint does not seem to bothered by the fact that my phone does not work properly, yet they are still getting their monthly payments on 3 phones.

Frustration level is extremely high!

Either let me pay the upgrade price 6 months early or put me in a different brand of phone comparable to what the Blackberry is; of course w/out the problems!
