Generally speaking "Hooked on Phonics" really works...just make sure you ask for "phonics" and not "phoenix" cause you'll learn about a city in Arizona and a mythical bird that flew from ashes and that's not gonna help none wrte uh letr.

The correct version:
"I bought a Sprint phone last November and it doesn't work at all. I try to use it in my house and it does not get a signal. Nobody can ever reach me and I am paying my bill for nothing. They won't let me out of my contract for two years. I am stuck paying for nothing. They want to charge me $100 to void the contract early but they won't put towers in my area. Sprint sucks.
Shoot themselves."
Todd, please learn to write letters before posting them here. For the record, two negatives makes a positive "it don't get no" translates into "it does". This also means, "Nobudy can reach me never" to "everyone can always reach me".

If your intent was to get your contract voided based on your being a vulnerable adult, you were likely successful.

"shoot themselfs"?!? I don't care if this complaint is absolutely true and your life is suffering because of a lack of cellphone service, that comment ALONE would make me throw this letter straight into the trash can. If you expect an adult response, write an adult letter. This letter deserves a response from a drunken Sprint-tattooed monkey!

Have you read your terms and conditions of your contract. It will say that you cannot be guaranteed service everywhere, especially in buildings.
Coverage is not avai'l everywhere.
Our coverage maps provide high level estimates of our coverage areas when using Services outdoors under optimal conditions. Coverage isn't available everywhere. Estimating wireless coverage and signal strength is not an exact science. There are gaps in coverage within our estimated coverage areas that, along with other factors both within and beyond our control (network problems, software, signal strength, your Device, structures, buildings, weather, geography, topography, etc.), may result in dropped and blocked connections, slower data speeds, or otherwise impact the quality of Service. Services that rely on location information, such as E911 and GPS navigation, depend on your Device's ability to acquire satellite signals (typically not available indoors) and network coverage.
In order for them to put up towers in your area, they have to see a real business need for them. When they get enough complaints from different people then maybe they will consider, but don't rely on it.

Something tells me that this letter is a fake. Check out the spelling - - the OP can't seem to spell "bot" or "hous" or "bil", but doesn't have a problem with "signal", contract", "hundreds", etc.
Someone is just making a lame attempt to get out of their contract.

Spelling, spelling, SPELLING!!!!! Spell words right, punctuation. Vulgarities, i.e. "sucks", has NO place in a business letter.
You won't hear from them because they won't reply to a disgruntled 6th grader.
