Totally Unacceptable!!!!!

I have been a Sprint customer for about 10 years and have never been late on a payment. I do not call unless I have a issue. I am furious. I feel that I keep getting charged more and get less. I have a plan that I have had for years. I use very little data. My wife has a android already. I have a android and so does my daughter. I went to Europe and have a blackberry that I was going to use but did not activate. My wife left her Android at home. I had a old Blackberry that we wanted to activate temporarily because she went to Columbus Ohio from JFK and I went home to Utah and she did not have a phone with her. I called Sprint to activate the Blackberry for her and after getting dropped once or twice I got through. I was then informed that she needed to add a $10 per month data fee to activate the Blackberry and she will not be able to go back to our same plan when she puts the android back on. In total frustration and 20 minutes of my time going through security at JFK they kept saying things like "I'm sorry you feel that way". In return I said, "that does not help me at all" I need help not someone telling me "Im sorry you feel that way". I called the cancellation department and found out it is only $100 for me to cancel. They told me that they would give me a $80 credit for a 2 year contract. All I could think was "REALLY?". I asked for a email stating that they would not assist me with the $10 per month thing and I was told that they can't put it in writing or send me a email like that. I asked for a supervisor and was denied. They took my name for a call back. This was totally useless and unacceptable. The bottom line is, my wife was stuck in JFK with NO PHONE!!! She had to call collect. I pay almost $200 per month and if you look at my $10 year history, I have NEVER BEEN LATE!!!!! I never go over on my usage!!! I never call unless I have a reason!!! How many of your customers can say that? You have NEVER had to chase me for a dime. At this point I am telling every person that I know exactly what happened and how I keep getting jacked around. The bottom line is that it is hard to find a customer like me but you could probably keep me if you treated me more than just a number. It is worse than dealing with a large bank or the government.
Quit Jacking me around. When I need help, Help me. I would not wast my time calling if it was not important. Quit nickel and diming me. I have been paying for 4g service for at least 2 years and can't use it at all at my house or very many places. You are totally stepping over dollars to save dimes. At this point Sprint is more frustrating that it is worth and I tell everyone that will listen. I have substandard at best internet on my phone, my Epic always locks up and calls always drop. I pay $7 for insurance on each phone which is useless because it still happens on every new phone I get. It is the EPIC locking up due to flaws in the phone. There is no way at this point that I want to renew my contract because of the way My family and I have been treated. I keep my end of the bargain, why can't you?
