Problems with phone and rebate

SprintPCS will only offer the $75 rebate on my account for both phones even though they denied the reabtes before. So I am being penalized because the phones that they sold me do not work properly. I desperately need a new phone and I cannot even charge my phone from a car charger. SprintPCS has acknowledged at three different stores that these phones are faulty yet they will not do the right thing and replace it.

Offer the full amount or the rebate so that I can get a new phone that will actually work. Or replace the phone.

I know the feeling! I sent in a rebate for over $200.00 back in the
end of 2003 and they NEVER sent me the rebate. They came up with some
reason why they wouldn't validate it, even though my $350.00 phone was
eligible for it. Furthermore, I'm an idiot once more because I bought
a new phone at the beginning of last year (2005). They offered me
another rebate, which I had to fight tooth and nail for. They tried
the same crap they did on the first one, said it was ineligible. Well,
after I wasted too much of my life on this crappy company, THEY SENT
IT TO ME ALMOST A YEAR LATER!!!!

My advice to you, is to call them, take names, drive them up the wall,
make them work for every penny they milk us for. Scary thing is, I've
actually dealt with one of their CSR who agreed with me that...(ready
for this?!) This is what they said: "I'm starting to think that this
rebate is a scam!"

Ha! Straight from the horses mouth!!! You should read my post on this
company. What a horrible experience! This is the worst company in the
world. Incompetance is a compliment to this company.
