Request Review of Available Plans

I have been a long time Sprint customer - even though I have had the feeling to leave off and on due to various customer service issues. This particular suggestion though is actually about your plans, not Customer Service.
Yesterday, I received another Sprint mailing trying to get me to switch to another plan. This actually encouraged me to research the pricing, since I have been texting more and thought about upgrading. Also, nights and weekends now start at 7pm for new plans, which would be nice for us as well.
However, I was very disappointed to see that your Voice Only plan is only 700 minutes, which is 100 minutes less than what I have now for the same price ($69.99 with 2 shared phones). So, if I replace my plan for this one, it's $10 a month more!!!! So much for that "free" upgrade to 7pm Nights and Weekends.
That was bad enough, but I was also there to check on Voice/Text family plans and your entry level plan for this was 1500 minutes, I believe. This is 800 minutes higher than a plan you offer for Voice Only. Why can't you offer a sub-1000 minute family plan with Voice/Text?! I can't be the only one that does not see the need to more than double my available voice minutes and raise my bill up a lot, just for the benefit of unlimited texting.
Due to this, you lost a chance to get some more money out of me because I will now not upgrade plans at all. It's also put me back into the mode of looking at alternate carriers again to port my number to. Please review your plans. I would prefer to stay with Sprint, but will always do what's in the best interest of my family.
