What happened that precipitated this letter and why are you asking
Sprint to refund you?

I know their Customer Service isn't the greatest (I've had that
experience a number of times with them) but I wouldn't just demand a
refund for no reason at all.

My advice to you Aly (if there really is a problem) is to re-write
this letter, and provide more details as to why you are enraged and
exactly what the problem is. Then Sprint can take action.

Everybody needs to calm down. Maybe Aly N. is actually trying to lodge
a valid complaint. It takes equally as much time to offer constructive
advice to a new user than it takes to attack them and be a smartass.

Wow. He's really proved his point, hasn't he? They better pay up
because no lawyer in the world could save them if he tries to sue.

While we should all respect and empathize with all levels of emotion
leading to a complaint, the manner in which you elected to express
your feedback is very unlikely to elicit a response, and certainly not
a meaningful one. We have a number of sections on PFB dedicated to

How on Earth do you expect to get any satisfaction for your problem
when you write such a ridiculous excuse for a complaint letter? Do you
think you are so important that they will instantly know what you are
complaining about? Without details your letter will simply be regarded
as the mindless quacking of cranky ducks.
Try again, without the ranty attitude. Express your problem literately
and briefly and refrain from a blatant gimme-grab at the end. Maybe
then you will get some sort of satisfaction for your complaint.

understand the whole procedure, and are using this forum to vent. I

What exactly are they supposed to refund you for? You did not tell
them ANYTHING. Your letter actually goes to the company. If I were
them, I'd CHARGE you for the time it took to open your email read it,
laugh at it, then delete it.
