I been on the phone for hours with customer service which seems to be a waste of time, have even contacted a Executive in customer service, another waste of time, I have nothing but a reference number and promises of call backs, I have several sprint and nextel phones that my workers use on job sites in Philadelphia, for 2 months now we have very litte use of our phones or two way, my workers are using their personal phones and it is costing me more money, I pay a high bill, get no service, get no answers and I'm locked into a contract

fix my issues and stop giving me the run around and BS
