Once again my signal goes below 5-6 bars and I cannot do my business on the internet.
I don't care what you're upgrading or other excuses you're making for failing to provide me with a signal I can use - that I am paying top dollar for.
Stop calling me on blocked numbers, I don't answer blocked numbers.
If you call, leave a message on the exact thing you intend to provide to fix the specific problem.
Your automatic emails and generic responses bore and insult me.
Fix the signal. The Cox pamphlet is on my coffee table, I'm calling them today.
