I started using Stamps.com when I had my first child. It was easier to print my own postage online than to haul the baby carrier into the car, and cart my child into the post office. When our second child came along, it was a necessity. It has become such a convenience, and I can personalize the netstamps with my own photos if I like. Normally I just use the various themes the postal service offers. This has been a time-saver for me, and the customer service is prompt and spot-on. I haven't had many issues with the software, and sometimes it's user error in my case. That being said, the software is simple to use, and I can replenish my postage using a secure server. Highly recommended for those of us who still use the mail service often and like the time savings.
