UPSET and COMPLETLY DISSATISFIED

I placed an order on stamps.com for customized stamps i wanted for my wedding invitations that are to be mailed out later this month (July!) The order was placed May 30th. Order was processed and i was given order number o250634479. I recieved an email stating that the order was shipped 6/8/10 and it was stated that Processing Time: 3-5 business days and then Shipping Time: 1-3 business days. I did the math! Order on may 30th so latest the order would be processed by would have been June 6! it wasnt processed to june 8th! Additionally, if it were 1-3 business days for shipping it would only be June 13th. It is going on now.. July 10th and i have yet to recieve my stamps. The charge of 36.97 has been processed and shipment number sg252454479 given, however, when i look up that shipment/tracking number- it says it doesn't exitst. I'm upset because you took my money and i have nothing to show

I want my damn STAMPS for my wedding or my money back with a letter of apology f9or wasting my time and adding undue stress on a time i am supposed to enjoy and embrace.. planning my wedding

Stamps.com (PhotoStamps) would like to apologize for the frustration
you have encountered with this PhotoStamps order.

I've forwarded the order ID you provided to our telephone customer
support center and they will try to locate your photo stamps and
contact you. If they have been lost, we should be able to remake the
stamps immediately and have them resent to you before the end of
July.

If possible, please contact our customer support center ASAP to
provide any other details that will assist us in finding your package.

From what I read regarding your complaint letter to stamps.com, you
placed an order at their website for customized stamps for your
wedding invitations on May 30th. You then received an e-mail stating
that your order was shipped on June 8th, yet as of today you still
have not received your stamps.

I understand that you are planning a wedding & that you are under
stress. Because of this, could you have asked someone else to follow
up on your order? It might have made things less stressful for you.

Have you tried calling them to find out what's going on? From the
website:

Telephone support is available Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Pacific Time, and can be reached toll-free at 1-888-434-0055

If it's critical that you have them, you can call and ask them.
