My Pleasant Experience

I spoke with a representative from Stamps.com when I make a horrible mistake printing my postage on letterhead instead of on the envelope.
Not only was I out over $3.00, but I still didn't get the postage printed for the package I needed to send out.

Thankfully, the voice on the other end, I think his name was Nick, came to my rescue and told me how to fix the problem. I was in the wrong place and couldn't find the proper sheet to print the postage. Lo and behold, he told me to click on stamps, where my labels were, and I printed them up perfectly.

Not only that, he refunded me the money I had lost by my own mistake. I would recommend stamps.com to all my friends. I would also tell them that the scale is totally necessary if they are using this service.

I am a freelance writer, so to me, it saves me time and energy not have to run to the post office every time I send out my work.

Bless you all! I love Stamps.com and their help department is great.
