It has been quite some time since I have had a truly 100% positive customer service experience -- When calling stamps.com to help me fix the glitch that I had in installing and activating my stamps.com account from the old system I was wonderfully surprised and it only took about 3 mins. My call was answered immediately, I was able to talk to an individual who spoke and thought in English and most importantly was not demeaning, compplacent or bored with my trouble! He was genuinely interested in helping me to solve my problem and thanked me for MY time and patience! By the way, I teach Customer Service to B-school university students! Thank you Matthew!
