I went to Starbucks at Lackland Air-force base and the barista Johnny W was very unfriendly. I went to your starbuck store at 160 westlake blvd, in thousand oaks , in the barnes and noble bookstore and ordered decafe cappuccino. I paid 2.75 and i received a cup with maybe 1 once of coffee-six onces of air and 1 once of foam. One sip and it was gone.
