Coffee constantly drips down the cup and burns my hands when I start walking out of the store. I use the stoppers and it still comes out. It seems like it's coming from under the lid somehow. I always check to make sure that the lid is on tight, and it is, but the coffee continues to come out. This happens to me on a daily basis, and I'm tired of getting burned.

Lately I have had two local baristas insist that I have to pay an additional .20 cents as a gold card member for a tea bag. I believe that this is incorrect, and that tea refills (irrespective of whether you need another tea bag) are free for gold card members, and .55 cents otherwise. Could you please clear this up.

I don't know why I always go back ago this location. Maybe because it's closest to my home. The drive thru is incredibly slow. It used to be the best Starbucks around but I have officially had it.

Waited in the drive thru 11 minutes before I got to the speaker, there's no way out of the drive thru, so once you're in the line you are stuck.

Never have I had my bladder held hostage before at a Starbucks! Cannot access the bathroom until you make a purchase. What made it worse is there was a line and the cashier was as slow as I have seen!
