Almost daily i get an iced coffee from 1 of 2 places...the nearest starbucks(Kennewick, Washington)....or some other establishment. Starbucks is usually top notch and i've never had a true bad experience, but today is different. So the order was for a Extra hot Triple-shot Grande Skinny Vanilla Latte, and a iced grande mocha. The original round fresh blueberry scones were removed from the menu items and replaced with the triangle dried-up blueberry scones.
Coffee is nice but one does not live on coffee alone. the pastries are as much of the appeal as the drinks.
Solution:
Please bring back the round blueberry scones to the menu selection.
This is like if McDonalds removed the Big Mac from there menu...

I had 20 cents left on my giftcard. I asked the cashier if I could cash out my card and receive the 20 cents in cash. She said no and I reminded her that the State of CA has passed a law that says I can receive the remainder of the balance on my gift card if is is less than $10. I witnessed the manager restocking the pastries (open patries) with her hands (no gloved used). I also know, because I work there, that three of the 5 sinks are unsealed around the edge as well as the faucet that rinses the spoons. Because of this and the fact the store is not cleaned well there are eggs nesting under each of the sinks and there is a horrible gnat problem. This is all at the...

Hello,
I would like to offer a suggestion. About a year ago Starbucks came up with a Clear Tumbler which mimicked the design of their plastic cups, and I believe was about $14. The idea was genius; and now they sold out at pretty much all the stores within a month.
