Never have I had my bladder held hostage before at a Starbucks! Cannot access the bathroom until you make a purchase. What made it worse is there was a line and the cashier was as slow as I have seen!

Rude rude rude behavior. I arrived at 8:45 PM which is about 15 min from closing and the three Starbucks staff members tried not to serve me.

First, I was told that only Pike was available. I asked for a pour over and the three ladies laughed at me. When I said I was going to report it, they laughed at me louder.
