I have the Starbucks loyalty card app on my phone that I have happily used for years.

Suddenly I am unable to re-load the card. I tried several times from the phone and was unsuccessful. I logged into my account on the web-site and discovered that my name and address were incorrect. I updated the information and was still unable to re-load my card.
