I come through Grand Central Terminal in New York two times a day, five days a week. There is a Starbucks in the terminal, the one that is actually inside the building and not facing the outside. In any case, I do not drink coffee, but I do like hot chocolate - or at least the Signature Hot Chocolate.

That said, nearly every time I ask for Signature Hot Chocolate they say they are out of it....

To whom it concerns

I keep hearing that Starbucks crew members are no longer able to accept tips for excellent service. This was told to me by an employee at a Target Starbucks location.

However, the other week, I was at a Starbucks location in the Ocean County Mall in Toms River, NJ. They had a giant cup out to collect tips. I commented about how I had heard about the no more tipping...

I have a complaint about the Starbucks on Highway12/Misson in Santa Rosa California located diagonally from McDonalds.

Coffee Grinder Recall/Replacement

In July, I became aware of a recall of the Starbucks Coffee grinders. I went thru the proper channels and returned my grinder.

It is now 5 months later and I still do not have a replacement for my coffee grinder.

Issue me a coupon that I can redeem at my local Starbucks for a replacement grinder or ship me a new grinder.
