Great Service From Starbucks!

Today my grandmother and I shopped at our new Giant grocery store on Rt.3 in Fredericksburg, Va. I was already finished with my shopping but my grandmother was not so I decided to stop by the Starbucks in the store and get myself a mocha frapachino while I waited. There were several other people behind me in line that ordered similar looking items, chocolate chip frapachinos. The Starbucks employee made all of the drinks at once and clumped them all together without calling our orders like they normally have done for me in the past. One of the costumers from the group that had ordered after me grabbed my item and sipped it before I had a chance to say anything. The man said yuck and left the starbucks along with the drink. All that was left was the one chocolate chip frap. The woman fixing the drinks was really nice. I told her I didn't mind taking the other drink and she appologized and gave me a card for a free drink next time without me asking for anything or complaining. Starbucks, you have a wonderful staff at that location. I don't go to Starbucks often but I will certainly be back! Thank you for the wonderful service.

It's too bad that other guy was too clueless to realize he had the wrong drink! It's really easy not to notice good service in the middle of a problem (even when the people providing the service aren't the ones who caused the problem). I bet the people working were thrilled that you didn't make a big deal out of what happened and will be thrilled again to know that you complimented them; and I'm always thrilled when store employees don't save the biggest rewards for the people who throw the worst tantrums -- all that does is teach people that they should behave badly in those stores.
