I go to starbucks at Bonney Lake Wa every moring, in fact I quit Big Foot after a one year b/c I fell in luv with Starbucks coffe! My husband and I go evry day and I mean every day around 5:30am..Well my past three times, I have been treated with the rudiest customer serivce possible, each day my hubby says..maby they are just having a bad day, how many days can an employee have a bad day? i piad 7.48 and handed the employee-who wouldnt give me her name or a manager 8.00 she kept the change and wouldnt give it back saying ohh..it was 8.00 my mistake and walked off without explaining when its 7.49 everyday, and she still kept the penny, she wasnt worth a tip, trust me, then she rolled her eyes before this happened when I asked for a sleeve(they have been out for week now..what if i burn myself!), so she walked away I called her back asking her for an extra cup she threw it at me and it fell outside my car windoiw, so then she just wallked off, i then called her back as sh huffed and asked her for a straw and let her know my hubby had hardly any whipcream in his mocha frapp. and he asked for double blended, she huffed and remade it and handed it o me dripping with the chochalte that spilled on my dress, thats when the whole pay issue arose and she walked away without giving me my change. THE NEXT DAY THE SAME THING HAPPENED SHORT CHANGING ME BY 1.25 that day, and then the third day, she just totally roled her eyes and gave me a vanilla latte with the vanilla!!! I dont have time to turn around in the am and fight traffic! What is up with this serivce! I am in disgust!when i pulled up. I am giviung them one more chance but I may take my buisness to another starbucks..they owe me like three free coffees for the change and her attitude problem she has jipped me. WOW! where is there ingretity and honor and pride in this store!!! I am in awwee at this point, and will spread the word if I dont get taken care of, since no manager would fix this problem either!!

I would like a free coffee card for 20.00 and apology, her attitude to be corrected, I have all my reciepts if needed, or I would like three free grande latte's and three free mocha frappacino;s which is my hubby and my drink!!! Every morning and for the attitude the trips i had to mae back and turn around to get them remade and for her short changing me and watching her roll her eyes I think this is good!!!!! Or else i will take my buisness elsewhere and write to the big CEO of starbucks and put an article in the paper!thank you!

When you spread "the word", can you at least make sure it is spelled
right?

Good heavens. I'd love to know what kind of job you can get without an
education to make enough to afford Starbucks every morning.

Hey, I'm in Schenectady. Is Awwee nearby? Is so, we can meet at a
SB's and have a double frap, half cap decaf, with a twist.

I really hate when any waitperson assumes that the change is theirs.
However, if you're not going to speak up, what do you expect? I
imagine a lot of people let the barrista keep the change. I think you
should speak with the manager--if she's doing this to you, she's doing
this to everyone.

What are you going to spread the word about...that you allow yourself
to be short changed and to be treated rudely by this employee?
Being shortchanged is in part your own fault because you never ask for
the money back. You allow her to keep it because you just don't want
to be bothered to confront her about this. She is mean and by the
sound of it and does not belong in a job servicing the public.
You can only be treated as badly as you allow yourself to be and you
keep letting her do this to you. Yet you can vent this all in a
letter.

And does this location not have a manager that you can speak with? You
write about all these issues happening but not once do you mention
speaking to the manager.
You would rather inconvenience yourself than to ask the manager to
please have this employee stop stealing from the customers and the
company.
